| Abstract: | In order to grasp the spirit of the report of the 16th National Congress of the CPC, it is necessary to realize the relation between emancipating the mind, seeking truth from facts and keeping pace with the times , which, in the author's opinion, is a dialectical unity. The latter is the endless motive force for the former while the former is the necessary condition for the latter. Keeping pace with the times is the final aim of emancipating the mind and seeking truth from facts. |
