What We Can Learn from Japanese Legislation on Workplace Sexual Harassment

Since 2005 sexual harassment has been written into Chinese law.Workplace sexual harassment has come into public atten-tion of different walks of life in society.Due,however,to different reasons,issues of workplace sexual harassment have not been effec-tively addressed.In Japan,legislation on workplace sexual harassment has been adopted to particularly regulate employers,emphasiz-ing employers' duties and responsibilities.The Japanese example has provided us with effective and useful lessons.
