| Abstract: | This paper holds that the study on the relationship between state and society during China' s transformation period should combine two analytic approaches, one being the growth of social strength, the other the change in the state's control mechanism. The specific research object that embodies these two approaches is corporation, through the study of which the change in the relationship between state and society in the period of China s transformation period can be effectively analyzed. |
