| 摘 要： | 当前,工程建设领域缺乏有效的监督制度和监督机制,导致了较为严重的腐败问题。因此,工程建设领域要引进和建立“廉洁监理”,从机构、制度、方式、协调与轮换等基础工作做起,以利于从机制、制度上来遏制腐败。

| Abstract: | At present,lack of an effective supervisory system and mechanism has resulted in serious corruption in the engineering construction field. To curb corruption, "clean supervision" should be introduced into the field. It can be started with the establishment or improvement of organizations, system, ways, coodination and taking turns. |
