摘    要:科学发展观提出的以人为本的社会核心理论,为我国市场化劳动关系的价值取向作了明确和科学的定性。应认真反思和更新我国劳动关系的价值取向,深刻理解现代市场化劳动关系的文化内涵,促进市场化劳动关系主体的理性互动。

Abstract:The people-centred social theory in the scientific concept of development definitely and rational determines the nature of market-oriented labor relations in China.We should turn over to think and renovate the values of labor relations in China,and understand the cultural connotation of market-oriented labor relations better in order to enhance the rational mutual understanding of the actors of labor relations.
