| Abstract: | This essay supposes that we shall benefit a lot from our insightful knowledge to the importance and emergence of cycle economy to Gansu Province, Therefore, we are supposed to transform the operation mode of economy, and alleviate the dilemma between natural sources and environment, shorten the gap belween developed area and undeveloped area. |
