| 摘 要： | 工程建设领域职务犯罪是我国目前发案率相当高的一类职务犯罪 ,具有权钱交易普遍化、犯罪金额趋大化、犯罪主体多元化、作案手段多样化、共生性等较鲜明的特点。对其需采取提高薪酬福利水平、加强对权力的监督、规范市场运行机制、严格执法、加强教育等相应预防措施

| Abstract: | At present, career criminals in engineering construction field is a kind of quite common crime in our country, it has more distinct characteristics such as power-money deal is general; Pluralism of subject of crime; Offence means are diversification, having intergrowth nature. Then corresponding precautionary measures should be taken, such as improving the welfare level of the salary; strengthening the supervision to power; Standardizing market operating mechanism; enforcing the law strictly; Strengthening education etc. |
