| 摘 要： | 本文在吸收美国“法律诊所式教育”模式的有益经验的基础上,提出“模拟法律诊所式教学法”,并就该法的具体内容进行了说明,对应用法学的法学教育有着重要的指导意义。同时,就“模拟法律诊所式教学法”与案例教学法和案例分析法之间的区别进行了分析和阐述。
