| 摘 要： | 司法救济有其局限性。单凭司法救济途径无法充分保护大学生的合法权益。因此,我们必须建立完善的高校学生申诉制度,并与司法救济制度共同发挥作用,以有效解决高校教育纠纷、维护大学生的合法权益。
