| 摘 要： | 引入诊所式法律教育对我国传统法律专业教育进行补充与修正,相对于传统法律教育给我们带来的是教学理念的多方面转变.在当前的法学教育中,要注意使诊所式教育与传统教学、案例教学、法律援助、模拟法庭等多种方式结合,多种方式并用,提高我国的法学教育水平.

| Abstract: | Introducing clinical legal education to China to complement and amendment our traditional legal profession education bring many changes to our legal education.In current legal education,We need to pay attention to using various ways such as traditional education,case teaching,legal assistance,simulating court and clinical legal education to improve our level of legal education. |
