| 摘 要： | 大型工业企业是西部经济发展的重要物质基础和主导力量，然而西部大型工业企业存在着产业层次低、企业规模小、缺乏市场竞争力、经济效益低等问题。针对这些问题，本提出了西部地区大型工业企业进一步的发展战略和可操作性对策。

| Abstract: | Large industrial enterprises are the material basis and leading force in western economic development. There are, however, a great number of problems in them, such as the low-tech level of products, small scales, low competition and low economic benefit, etc. In view of these problems, this paper puts forward some strategies for further development as well as practical countermoves of such enterprises in west China. |
