| 摘 要： | 网络游戏虚拟财产不是玩家通过劳动创造的,也不是玩家通过劳动获得的,它没有价值,不是财产。承认网络游戏虚拟财产是财产,不利于树立正确的游戏观念,不利于发展健康的游戏文化,只会诱导更多的人不务正业,阻碍网络游戏经济的健康发展。

| Abstract: | The virtual property of the network game was not created or gotten through working by player. So it is not the property with value. Then it has no benefit to establishing the correct game idea and developing health game culture that the virtual property is considered real property. However, it will lead more persons to be unmindful of their own work, hinder the health development of the game economy of the network. |
