汉语“行政法”语词的由来及其语义之演变

近几年,我国行政法学界开始对我国行政法的起源给予关注,但对汉语"行政法"一词的由来及其语义的演变却鲜有考研。据考察,汉语"行政法"一词,于1889年首次出现在梁启超编译的《各国宪法异同论》一文中。其后,广泛出现在译著、著作、论文、大学讲义、法令汇编以及文官招录考试科目之中,到20世纪20-30年代,已成为政治法律学说中的基础性概念,其语义也由一个单纯的外来词演变为一个具有丰富内涵的本土化术语。
