| Abstract: | The concept of socialist honor and disgrace issued by Hu Jintao is of great significance for summing up reform experience and enhancing further reform and development in China.The present paper analyzes the importance of this concept from the angle of the rise of China in the 21~(st) century.This paper presents that the rise of China means not only material development,but also a kind of spiritual civilization with worldwide influence.This concept serves as the spiritual standard of the era for the rise of China. |
