| 摘 要： | 安徽省自1996年起已经连续实施了三个“依法治省”规划／纲要,《安徽省“十一五”期间依法治省工作纲要》即将实施完毕。在全省行政区域内如何进一步推进法治建设,是一个值得探讨的问题。从国家政治制度设计的视野看．“法治安徽”应成为安徽“依法治省”的新的发展阶段。

| Abstract: | Since 1996,Anhui province has continuously carried out three outlines of ruling our province by law.At present,with the 11th five-year plan coming to an end,it needs to give further discussion on how to promote the work.From the perspective of national political system,ruled-by-law Anhui should become the new developing stage of ruling Anhui by law. |
