| 摘 要： | 文章从“孙伟铭案”等因。酒后、醉酒”驾驶造成的严重危害现状入手．在分析目前的社会环境、酒后驾驶人的心理、违法成本低和执法不严格等原因的基础上,提出了加强对。酒后驾驶”的立法修改、严格执法和构建预防和控制“酒后驾驶”的交通环境等建议。

| Abstract: | Starting with the current serious situation of drunk driving,such as SUN weiming case,based on the analysis for the current social environment,psychology of drunk driver,not strict enforcement and other reasons,this article puts forward proposals to prevent and control drunk driving,such as strengthening the law of drink driving,strict law enforcement and construction of traffic environment,and so on. |
