当前缉毒工作存在的主要问题及对策研究

重新审视二十年缉毒工作的思路，发现“重毒轻人”和“重案轻人”的倾向十分严重，只有淡化缴毒数．坚持打击毒品犯罪的人员基础，坚持除恶务尽，斩草除根，方能有效遏制毒品犯罪活动。结合缉毒工作实践，抽强研究和改进禁毒立法，收集、运用情报，打击新型毒品犯罪工作，是掌握禁毒工作主动权、推动禁毒斗争健康发展十分紧迫和现实的任务。

Problems and Measures of Drugs Fighting Work

In recent 20 years' work of fighting drugs there is a tendency that drugs are paid more attention while people are paid less attention,and cases are paid more attention while people are paid less attention.Preventing drugs crime should be based on the reducing the number of finding drugs,fighting the base of drugs and punishing drugs criminal completely.Legislature of fighting drugs should be studied and improved on the basis of fighting practice.It is urgent to collect,use information and fight new crime to improve the struggle against the drugs.
