摘    要:报纸是一种传统的招揽人才的方式.报纸人力资源广告具有版面狭小,形式简单,信息流量大,内容既多样又统一的特点.随着社会的发展,报纸人力资源广告也将会发生改变,降低成本,提高效率,才是报纸人力资源广告发展的方向.

Abstract:It is a traditional way for people to hunt for jobs through advertisements on newspapers.Human resource advertisements on newspapers bear such characteristics as small size,simple form,sufficient information and diversified but unified content. With the development of the society, human resource advertisements may change. It is the trend to reduce its cost and to improve its efficiency.
