| 摘 要： | "卧底侦查"作为一种特殊的侦查手段在侦查实践中得到了广泛的运用,但是,由于法律法规没有对这种侦查手段进行规制,这种侦查手段运用的合法性受到一定程度上的质疑.在法活的条件下,规范侦查行为,是侦查法制建设的需要.

| Abstract: | Investigation by a planted agent, as a special investigative means, has been widely applied in practice of investigation. However, the legality of this means is queried to a great extent for lack of relevant laws or regulations. So it is the requirement of legal construction to standardize the activities of investigation. |
