| 摘 要： | 武警部队是国家武装力量的组成部分,必须践行为人民服务的宗旨。武警部队担负着国家赋予的安全保卫以及防卫作战、抢险救灾、参加国家经济建设等任务。武装警察依法履行法定义务,享有法定权利,其职权具有自身的特点和要求,在执法中与公安警察既有配合也有分工。

| Abstract: | As part of the armed forces of the state, the armed pohce force must fulfill the purpose of serving the people, and undertake the tasks of national security and defense, emergency rescue, disaster relief, and attending the national economic construction. The armed police shall perform their legal obligations and enjoy their legal rights, whose authority has its own characteristics and demands in law enforcement, and has also a division of labor when compared with the people＇s police. |
