| 摘 要： | 罪犯在服刑后期难管难教,出现一些不良心理和行为偏差,是目前监狱工作面临的一个 突出问题。缺乏激励和制约措施,指导思想不明,轻视罪犯后期改造,未设出监狱教育机构以及监 狱体制的根本制约是造成这一问题的原因。

| Abstract: | Criminals are difficult to be managed during the later stage ,which have much bad psychology.This is the outstanding problem prisons facing.The reasons include lack of encouraging and restricting measures,vagueness of guiding thought,despising the criminal reforming of later stage,shortage of necessary educational organization and the existence of the irrational system of the prison. |
