| 摘 要： | 1954年宪法是新中国第一部宪法,是唯一运用制宪权而制定的宪法,奠定了新中国宪政体制的基本框架与基础,具有一定的现实意义与历史意义.1954年宪法在国际范围内也体现了一定的宪政价值.1954年宪法的历史局限性是由多方面的原因造成的,应采取历史的分析方法,实事求是地评价其地位与影响,从历史中寻求宪法发展的规律,推动我国的宪政建设.

| Abstract: | Constitution of 1954 is the first constitution of new China. It is the only constitution that used the right of formulating constitution and established the basic frame and foundation of new China's constitutionalist system. It has certain realistic meaning and historic significance and also reflects certain constitutionalist value at international level. Its historical limitation arises from reasons in many ways. We should take the history analytical method, appraise its status and influence practically, and seek development rule of constitution from history, promote the constitutionalist construction of our country. |
