做好中小企业维权工作是促进经济发展的重要保证

目前,中小企业（非公经济）已经成为促进经济社会进步的重要力量,财政税收的主要来源,安置就业的主要渠道。本文通过对100户不同规模、不同行业的中小企业进行维权工作的专项调研,梳理出企业权益被侵的主要问题,并提出几点建议,以期从法律上、制度上维护中小企业的合法权益。

Protecting rights for SMEs is an important guarantee for economic development

At present,small and medium enterprises(non -public economy) have become an important force for economic and social progress,the main source of fiscal levy,and the main channel for job placement.This paper,through the special investigation on protecting rights for 100 SMEs of different sizes and different industries,tease out the main problems of the invasion of the corporate interests and put forward some suggestions to safeguard legitimate rights and interests of SMEs from law and institution.
