我国高等职业教育发展的现状及对策分析

自高校扩招以来,我国的高等职业教育取得了历史性的成就,成为全国高等教育改革和发展的重要力量,已成为实现我国高等教育大众化的主力军。但在发展过程中,高职教育还面临着诸多的困难和问题,如办学经费不足、内部管理体制改革难突破、教学改革不深入、职业培训缺乏统筹、贫困生救助机制尚需健全等。为此,文中提出发展教育的几点对策:建立政府对高职院校科学合理的投入机制;促进高职院校加强内部管理体制改革;落实高职院校办学自主权;深化教育教学改革,建立校企合作的长效机制;建立以高职院校为主要基地的职业培训体系;建立符合实际的贫困生救助体系。

Analysis on The Current Situation and Countermeasures of the Higher Vocational Education Development in China

After the enrollment enlargement of universities and colleges,the higher vocational education has achieved historical progress and has become the strong power of the higher education reform and development.It has also taken the main force of realizing higher education dissemination.However,along with the development the higher education has been facing with a lot of difficulties and problems,such as insufficient finance,the internal management system reform is hard to proceed,the teaching reform is superficial,the professional training is scattered and the assistance system for poor students needs to improve.The thesis has proposed some countermeasures: the first, to establish a scientific and reasonable government investment system to the higher vocational colleges;the second,to promote the internal management system reform;the third,to implement the autonomy of running their school;the forth, to deepen the education reform and establish the long-term relation to enterprises;the fifth,to establish the professional' training system in those colleges and the last,to establish the practicable assistance system for poor students.
