| Abstract: | The International Private Law is originated from the 13th to the 15th century in Italy,and it has become an important branch law in each country.The conflict norms are still the main part of the International Private Law presently.In some sense,to understand the conflict norms is also to know the normal rules of the International Conflict Law,which can also master the main method of dealing with the Foreign Civil Law. |
