Some Views on Legal Problems of Space Debris

Space debris are the general domination of all man-made objects including fragments and elements thereof, in earth orbit or re-entering the atmosphere, that are non-functional. With the increasing understanding of space debris, we should probe into the legal problem with regard to space debris. In this paper, I researched the concept and character of space debris, discussed the relation between space debris and space object, give my opinion on the compensation for damages of space debris.
