| 摘 要： | 民主集中制是由一系列具体制度构成的体系。贯彻民主集中制,既要加强各项具体制度的建设,又要使各项具体制度相互联接,协调联动,共同构成一个制度整体。当前,推进民主集中制的制度体系建设,重点在于坚持和完善党的集体领导制度、党员权利保障制度、党的代表大会制度、党内选举制度和党内监督制度。

| Abstract: | Democratic centralism is a system composed of a series of specific institutions.To carry through democratic centralism,we must build the specific institutions better,and interlock them togeter to form a whole.At the present,the key point for promoting the construction of institutional system of democratic centralism is to persist in and perfect the collective leadership of the Party,the protection of party members’ rights,the party’s congress,the intra-party election,and the intra-party supervision. |
