| Abstract: | per cent of the Party's grass-roots organizations in countryside play their role as the core of leadership well,60 per cent of them play the role ordinarily and 10 per cent of them play the role badly.Therefore it is imperative to improve the style of leadership of the Party's grass roots organizations in countryside.That is a fundamental requirement of the leadership of the Party being in political power,a natural requirement of the governace law of the Party being in political power and also a requirement of carrying out the villagers'autonomy |
