| 摘 要： | 用兔抗猪伤寒沙门菌抗体自制荧光抗体对仔猪副伤寒进行了实验室诊断。结果表明 ,用自制荧光抗体在 2～ 3h内即可对仔猪副伤寒做出诊断 ,比直接镜检的特异性和敏感性均强。
