| 摘 要： | 事故参与度理论是日本著名法医学专家渡边富雄于1984年创立的 ,当时是为解决道路交通事故受害人死亡 ,伤残等后果和事故本身之间因果关系的测定标准问题。本文运用这一理论对医疗事故个案进行分析 ,认为 :事故参与度理论在医疗事故个案分析中有着积极的操作意义。
