| 摘 要： | 在WTO争端解决机制下 ,有关成员方应当立即执行DSB建议和裁决 ,但是如果立即执行不可行的话 ,有关成员可以要求在一合理期限内执行。根据DSU第二十一条第三款 ,确定合理期限有三种方法 :有关成员提议的并获DSB批准、双方协议确定和仲裁确定 ,其中以仲裁程序确定合理期限尤为重要

| Abstract: | According to Understanding on Rules and Procedures Governing the Settlement of Disputes (DSU), if it is impracticable for the Member concerned to comply immediately with the recommendations and rulings of DSB, the Member concerned shall have a reasonable period of time in which to do so. Pursuant to Article 21.3, the reasonable period of time shall be determined through three ways: the period of time proposed by the Member concerned, provided that such period is approved by the DSB; a period of time mutually agreed by the parties to the dispute and a period of time determined through binding arbitration. |
