| 摘 要： | 研究护士群体有一定的普遍意义.通过护士群体的调研来发现转型期中国职业女性的社会支持有何独特的内生逻辑?在该逻辑特征下,职业女性为了获取所需的社会支持采取了哪些运作策略和路径选择?其演化前景如何?解决职业女性支持的问题方法多样,但最佳方案是建立一个以社区为载体的多元整合的社会支持系统.

| Abstract: | The study of the nurses as a group has a certain kind of universal significance which covers the following aspects: what internal logic is embodied in the social support for the Chinese professional women in the transformational period; what are their operation strategies and approaches for obtaining such social support and what might be the prospect of their development? There are various solutions or approaches to the social support for the professional women, but the possible best one is the establishment of a multi-integrated social-supporting system with the community as the carrier. |
