The Achievement of Superior Court in Shanganning Border Region

The High Court of Shensi-Kansu-Ningsia Border Region,based on its specific environment and conditions,aiming at reforming the society and through its comprehensive,creative and restorative justice activity,utmostly developed the judiciary initiativity and effectively narrowed the distance between the Chinese law and the Chinese society,which accordingly lead to the law and justice repositioned.And in dispute resolution,the rules reinforcement and institutional supplement and some other fields,the repositioned justice played a positive role.The interaction between justice and society became the remarkable characteristics of new-democratic justice.Being established in a special environment and aiming at the social reform,the superior court in Shanganning Border Region exercised the maximum go-aheadism of judicatory through integrate,creative and restorative judicatory activities.By redefining law and judicatory,in settling disputes,strengthen legislations and complementing systems,judicatory played an active role.The interact between judicatory and society became a striking feature of the judicatory of New Democratism.
