| Abstract: | It is necessary to create the way of public security efforts with the help of Enterpriser Government Theory. The way to be improved will be expressed in the following: concentrating on the control in public security; enhancing the strategy of community policing; introducing competition system; taking the efforts satisfied the people as the goal; Changing the center of operation to prevention. |
