| 摘 要： | 建立医疗保险法律体系对于基本医疗保障制度的形成非常重要。本文指出我国已基本建立起城镇职工医疗保障制度,但仍存在许多问题。根据我国的现状,我国亟待制定医疗保障法,并依法构建全民基本医疗保险制度。
