培养公安民警正确的荣辱观,加强公安队伍道德建设,既是保障公安民警严格、公正、文明执法的必需,也是社会主义道德建设的重要组成部分。公安队伍道德建设的途径,应当从道德教育、自省与自律、舆论环境、用人机制等方面下功夫,从帮助公安民警熟悉道德原则、道德规范入手,到提高民警的道德认知能力,强化道德情感,经过道德情感的反复作用,将原则和规范内化为道德信念、道德意志,最终实现公安民警道德自觉。
