| 摘 要： | 中央银行独立性是关系到中央银行充分发挥其职能和作用的重要问题。但学术界对于中央银行独立性的研究不够深入。本文围绕我国中央银行独立性的标准、现状、增强我国中央银行独立性的理论分析和对策思考等方面进行探讨,以期对人们全面认识我国中央银行独立性,切实增强我国中央银行独立性有所帮助。

| Abstract: | The independence of the People's Bank of China is a very important issue closely related to whether the bank can fully play its roles and functions.However,the research on the independence of the central bank is not thoroughly enough in academic circles.This article discusses the standards and current situations of the independence of the bank and makes some theoretical analyses about how to strengthen its independence.The author comes up with some countermeasures accordingly,hoping to help people fully understand the importance of its independence and help strengthen the independence of the People's Bank of China. |
