| 摘 要： | 通过对高等院校体育教学的实践和调查研究的方法,探析了目前高校体育教学缺少“人文化”导向的原因和加强的方法途径。主要结论1.积极健康的生活观是体育教学中“人文化”导向的基本内涵;2.体育教学中“人文化”导向是教育改革和社会需求的根本要求;3.“以人为本”,最终提高学生体智能力是高校体育教学的最终目的。

| Abstract: | According to the practice of P.E. education in academies and the methods of investigation and researching, we explore the reasons of academies being lack of human culture's guidance and the method of enhancing. Main conclusion: 1. positive and the healthy life conception is the basic connotation of human culture in P.E. education; 2. the guidance of human culture in P.E. education is the basic requirement of educational reform and social need; 3. Based on human culture, students' physical capacity is the final aim of P.E. education. |
