| 摘 要： | 煤矿安全监察行政执法在执法管理体制、执法思路、执法方法、执法手段、执法监察事后处理、监察人员素质等方面存在诸多问题。因此,需从加快煤矿管理体制改革、理顺煤矿监察体制、健全安全监察行政执法机制等方面加强煤矿安全监察行政执法。

| Abstract: | The law enforcement of coal mine safety supervision has many problems in law enforcement management system,law enforcement idea,law enforcement method,law enforcement means,law enforcement supervision after processing and the quality of personnel.Therefore,we need to speed up the reform of the management system,straighten out the coal mine monitoring system and improve safety supervision administration mechanisms to strengthen the law enforcement of coal mine safety supervision. |
