警务实战技能分类理论研究简

运用文献资料法从不同的视角对动作技能的形成与发展过程及我国警务实战技能的教育训练现状进行分析,得出警务实战技能属于动作技能的范畴,要达到自动化阶段并经过实战对抗的检验才能在警察执法的实际中运用的结论,针对目前我国警察警务实战技能的教育训练现状,提出了提高警察警务实战技能教育训练科学化的建议.

The Research on the Classification Theory of Policing Skills in Actual Combat

By using the method of documentary this thesis not only analyzes the formation.and development of the. motor skills from different perspectives, but also China＇ s education and training situation of policing skills in actual combat. Then. it is concluded that, policing skills in actual combat belong to the category of motor skills. which could be applied to the practice of law enforcement when the police are skillful enough and these skills have been tested in actual combat. Aiming at the present situation in China, the thesis also puts forward some suggestions for eohancing scientific education and training of policing skills in actual combat.
