中国司法改革的整体推进之路

中国正在进行的司法改革在表面上看来虽然轰轰烈烈,但其实际成效却很不理想.究其原因主要在于我国司法改革所采取的方式缺乏整体性.目前,中国司法制度在新世纪的改革内容已经确立.但亟待重塑司法改革的路径,走整体推进之路.

The Way of Advancing Judicial Reform in China on the Whole

At present, we are reforming the system of justice in China. Although the reformation is on a grand and spectacular scale on the surface, its factual effects are very little. The primary reason is that the way that we are doing is only a part of it. Now my country has established the contents of judicial reformation. However, we should remold the routes of judicial reformation. We should reform by the ways of advancing on the whole.
