| 摘 要： | 国外社会建设理论主要有两种理论范式一功能论范式和冲突论范式，分别以孔德、斯宾塞、涂尔干、帕森斯为代表的功能论观点以及以马克思、马克斯·韦伯、达伦道夫、科塞为代表的冲突论观点。研究我国的社会建设问题，不能单纯地用功能论或者冲突论去分析，功能论和冲突论的结合能够更好地回答有关和谐社会建设的更多问题。
