| 摘 要： | 党的十七届四中全会通过的《中共中央关于加强和改进新形势下党的建设若干重大问题的决定》中提出了“建设马克思主义学习型政党”。怎么建设马克思主义学习型政党？《决定》又明确提出了“科学理论武装”“具有世界眼光”“善于把握规律”与“富有创新精神”四项基本要求。
