Discussion on the Value Balance of Criminal Procedure

In harmonious society,ruling by law should be paid attention to and the criminal justice can come true.However,the criminal justice must be based on the criminal procedure.So a serial of rules of the criminal procedure must be designed to insure the judiciary and to settle a fair lawsuit.Then,it will make the criminal justice come true and lead to harmonious society.In view of this,the value of criminal procedure will reflect the harmonious unification between the need of individual and the need of the society and the state.
