| 摘 要： | 公安工作的性质决定了广大公安民警必须要作促进和维护社会和谐的模范。民警素质的高低直接决定着公安战斗力的强弱,影响到社会治安状况的好坏。因而,采取得力措施、全面提高民警整体素质、为促进社会和谐提供政治保障,具有十分重要的现实意义。
