| 摘 要： | 我国现代法律职业伦理的践行过程中良好的发展势态与问题并存。其与我国古代法制传统和法学教育发展过程的影响有一定的关系。针对这些问题提出具体的解决途径,以构建适应新形势的法律职业伦理体系。
