| 摘 要： | 随着我国经济的快速发展，政府对农村建设等方面的投资力度不断加大，对农村集体土地的征用量也不断增加。在农村集体土地征用补偿工作中出现了新情况：征地补偿工作中职务犯罪的发案率日渐突出。分析征地补偿工作中职务犯罪产生的原因，积极寻找相应对策，对农村建设具有一定意义。

| Abstract: | With the economic rapid development of our nation,the investment of government is increased in rural construction. The quantity of requisition is also increased for rural collective land. It appears some new situations for the compensations for rural collective land. The crime rate is increased in the work of the compensation through the duties. It is significant for the rural construction to analyze the causes of crimes of duties and seek for the countermeasures on our own initiative. |
