| 摘 要： | 在未来一个时期,我国控制人口增长仍形势严峻。人口控制治道变革应主要体现在以下方面:提高文化教育水平;提高收入水平,优化收入分配结构;提高城市化水平;建立农村社会保障体制;提高妇女地位,并积极推进计划生育“三为主”、“三结合”。
