| 摘 要： | 近年来,农民工犯罪问题日渐突出,有些地区甚至成为影响社会治安的主要因素,引起广泛关注.对此问题,不少论者就农民工的法制意识淡漠、自身素质低下等进行了个性化分析,阐述了引发农民工犯罪的诸多个体原因.笔者以为,作为一种已具普遍意义的社会现象,对农民工犯罪问题进行社会学分析非常必要.

| Abstract: | In recent years,the agricultural labourer crime problem day after day highlighted,some areas even became the influence social order the primary factor,aroused thewidespread interest.Regarding this the question,many discussing onagricultural labourer's legal system consciousness faint,my own quality were low inferiorly have carried on the individuality analysis,elaborated the initiation agriculture labourer crime many individual reason.The author thought that,took one kind of universal significance the social phenomenon,has carried on the sociological analysis to the agricultural labourer crime question to be extremely essential. |
