法追求真实,这是实现正义的必然要求.在不同的历史时期,由于人认知客观世界的局限性以及经济、政治、文化等多种因素影响,法律追求的真实不可能完全实现了客观真实.正义要在法律运行中得到体现,法律真实在不同的法律运行环节中定位和反映并非一致.立法依据和反映客观真实,司法追求立法确立的法律真实,民众对立法与司法也有自己朴素的认知情感,法律真实在不同环节的运行中统一和整合基础上形成的法律裁判才是正义的,获得普遍的承认和执行.
